Terms of Service

RankBiz is operated by Inubiz Marketing Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 17309858, whose registered office is at 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Suffolk, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”). “You” means the person or organisation that opens an account.

By creating an account you accept these terms. If you are accepting them for a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

RankBiz is a software-as-a-service platform for search engine optimisation and answer engine optimisation. It crawls web pages you nominate, runs automated checks against them, retrieves data from third-party sources where you have connected them, asks AI models to analyse pages, and produces reports.

We may add, change or withdraw individual tools. Where a change materially reduces what your paid plan provides, we will tell you by email at least 30 days beforehand and you may cancel under clause 8 without penalty.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. Tell us immediately at Support@rankbiz.ai if you believe it has been compromised.

You may create read-only portal logins for your own clients. You remain responsible for who you give access to and for what they do with it.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Prices are shown on the pricing page and exclude VAT, which is added where it applies.

Credits are a spending allowance, not a currency. Each plan carries a monthly allowance expressed in dollars; each tool run deducts its stated cost. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between workspaces, cannot be exchanged for money, and expire at the end of each billing period. The Free plan’s allowance refills daily and likewise does not accumulate.

Costs per run are shown in the application before you run anything and may change on 30 days’ notice. If a run fails through our fault, the credits are returned automatically.

By using RankBiz you agree that you will not:

• submit for analysis any website you do not own or otherwise have permission to analyse. You warrant that you have that permission for every URL you submit, including competitors’ sites where the analysis goes beyond ordinary public access;
• use the platform to send unsolicited messages, to host or distribute unlawful material, or to infringe anyone’s intellectual property;
• attempt to circumvent credit limits, rate limits or plan restrictions, or resell access to the platform as a standalone product rather than as part of your own services;
• probe, scan or load-test our infrastructure, or use automated means to extract data from the platform beyond the features we provide.

We may suspend an account immediately where we reasonably believe this clause is being breached, and will tell you why.

This clause matters more than most, so it is stated plainly rather than buried in a disclaimer.

Some figures are measured. Crawl results, the automated checks behind an evaluation, AI visibility dimensions read from your markup, Core Web Vitals from Google’s PageSpeed Insights, Search Console impressions and clicks, and Business Profile listings are retrieved from real sources at the time of the run. Every screen showing them says so.

Some figures are estimated. Keyword volume, difficulty and cost-per-click are produced by a bundled model rather than purchased from a search engine, and are labelled as estimates wherever they appear. They are directionally useful for comparing one keyword against another. They are not a measurement of actual search traffic and must not be presented to your own clients as one.

AI model output is not a measurement. Where an AI model scores or writes about a page, that is one model’s opinion on one day. The same page can score differently on a different model, or on the same model a day later. We record which model produced each result so you can see this.

We do not promise rankings. Nothing in the platform is a guarantee of any search position, of traffic, of inclusion in an AI assistant’s answer, or of revenue. Search engines and AI assistants are third parties whose behaviour we do not control.

You own your content. The client records, projects, notes, reports and settings you create remain yours. You grant us only the licence needed to host and process them in order to provide the service.

We own the platform. The software, the check catalogue, the scoring methodology, the interface and the RankBiz name remain ours. Nothing here transfers any of it to you.

You may export your data at any time while your account is active. On closure we retain it for 30 days so an account reopened by mistake is not lost, then delete it. How we handle personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy.

You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then and are not charged again.

We may suspend or close an account for non-payment, for a breach of clause 5, or where we are required to by law. Except where the law requires immediate action, we will give you notice and a reasonable chance to put things right.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goodwill, or for any decision taken on the basis of an estimated figure that clause 6 identifies as an estimate.

We provide the platform with reasonable skill and care but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that third-party sources will remain available to us.

We may change these terms. For a material change we will email account holders at least 30 days beforehand and update the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the platform after a change takes effect means you accept it; if you do not, you may cancel under clause 8.

These terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may bring proceedings to protect our intellectual property in any competent court.

If you are a consumer rather than a business, this clause does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy, are the whole agreement between us. If any part is held unenforceable the rest continues in force. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent.
