Questions worth answering first

Which numbers are measured and which are generated?
Both kinds are here and every screen says which it is showing. Measured: the crawl behind an evaluation and the 148 checks run against it, the five AI visibility dimensions read from your own markup, the scores each connected engine returns, Search Console impressions and clicks, Lighthouse and Core Web Vitals from Google's PageSpeed, and Business Profile listings when a Places or Maps key is configured. Generated: keyword volume, difficulty and CPC, rank-tracker positions, and the classic site audit. Nothing generated is ever dressed up as live, and when a live call fails the screen says so rather than quietly filling the gap.
How is AI visibility actually measured?
Your page is fetched for real — the HTML an assistant receives, robots.txt and all — and 148 checks run against it, 97 weighted for how assistants read and quote a page. That produces five measured dimensions: Answerability, Structure, Authority, Freshness and Citability. Separately, each connected engine is sent the page's facts and asked to score it without being told what RankBiz measured, so where it disagrees, the disagreement is real rather than an echo. An engine with no API key shows a dash, never a guess.
Do assistants like ChatGPT and Claude mention my business?
AI Mentions asks them, in the plain words a customer would use, and records who gets named and who gets cited. It is one API call per question per assistant, metered at four cents an answer, so a twenty-question run costs what twenty questions cost.
What does a run cost?
Credits are money, not points. A keyword search is $0.05, an AEO analysis $0.15, a site audit $0.25, an AI website evaluation $0.45 — plus $0.12 per competitor you add — an AI keyword plan $0.40, and a message to the assistant $0.03. Free gives you $1.00 a day; paid plans give $20, $100 or $500 a month.
Is there a free plan?
Yes, and it refills daily rather than monthly — $1.00 of credit every day, one project, fifty tracked keywords, no card. Keyword Explorer and Keyword Overview are included; the heavier tools need a paid plan.
Can my clients log in?
Each client gets a read-only portal scoped to their own data only. A client viewer can never see a sibling client, and agency-only internal notes are never sent to the portal.
Which countries are supported?
114, plus an Anywhere option for worldwide research with no geographic bias. Five are curated with city lists and local ad-spend indices — Pakistan, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the UK and the US — and Pakistan is the default: CPC is quoted in rupees at Pakistani bidding levels.
How does billing work?
Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial — full plan, full allowance, and no charge at all if you cancel before it ends. After that it is billed monthly through Stripe, and you can cancel in two clicks from your billing settings. Unused credits expire at the end of each period rather than rolling over, and credits already spent on completed runs are not refundable, because the run has already cost us a real API call.
Still deciding?
The free plan answers most of these faster than reading about them. One project, $1 of credit a day, no card.
